"The room was spotless along with the rest of the facility, very impressed. The front staff was efficient and professional, but far from friendly. Never a smile or a hello, just did their work well. I had a mis-understanding with a room and they accommodated quickly. Breakfast was basic but OK. "

"Only problem I had was the microwave would make noise every time I used it and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. I had my 1 year don with me, So trying to make sure he didn’t go in there Or put his hands in the toilet. I had to keep going back in forth after him. He’s a toddler & at the Exploring stage. Other than that, everything was fine. "

"I'm only being honest because this is the only way that a business can improve...the fall decorations in the revolving door look very tired and do not give the feeling I think they intended to...the landscaping on the side of the building by the open air courtyard/seating area needs some attention. Besides that, my stay was comfortable, I loved my room and the view (tall lamp didn't work though). I would still come back because I don't view these issues as a major problem but perhaps other people might."
