「mixed. my second time. DEfinately cheaper than most of the other places. The building is kinda outdated but on the plus side. Food is Kosher, minyan is onsite and they have shabbos locks. had an issue as someone blocked me ... so I couldnt get out of the parking lot. While this was a small issue for me, I can see this being huge for some others. Not alot of parking spaces so on crowded days..... this can be an issue.」

「The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.」

「The hallway carpets require better upkeep. There are no courtesy services to assist visitors with city navigation. Additionally, some reception desk staff do not speak English.」

「Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.」

「1.旅館離城際車站不遠，走路可達！ 2.旅館旁邊有本地車站，也很方便！ 3.離湖邊很近，附近很多餐飲選擇！ 4.旅館分山景和湖景，剛開始給山景， 溝通後換湖景，我們很喜歡！ 5.房間、廚房及餐廳都整理得很乾淨！ 6.夜間的值班人員比較不會英文溝通！」

「The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all」

「The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. 」
