「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Personal, dafür gibt es zehn Sterne. Etwas weiter von den Städten, jedoch sehr gut mit Zug zu erreichen und kostenlose Tickets. Frühstück und Abendessen bei Halbpension sehr gut. Schwimmbad und Liegeplätze immer frei und sehr schön. Lediglich Baustelle neben dem Hotel und dadurch Etwas unruhig. Insgesamt jedoch tolles Hotel und zu empfehlen. 」

「Wir hatten ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochenende im Resort Collina d’Oro. Die Lage oberhalb von Lugano ist traumhaft – ruhig, mitten im Grünen und mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und den See. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und bot eine sehr gute Auswahl an frischen Produkten. Auch die Restaurantküche ist empfehlenswert – regionale Spezialitäten in hoher Qualität. Das Spa mit Pool, Sauna und Ruhebereichen ist...

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」
