"Room was nice and clean. The breakfast is lacking, especially for those on dietary restrictions and a group of picky kids. There is a fridge & microwave so I’ll have to bring my own breakfast next time."

"Staff was very rude and unhelpful when we checked in. He did not explain things very well and made the check in process very long and drawn out. There was a line because he could not answer simple questions. He refused to take our payment and then refused to help at all when we asked if we could pay with a different card than the one we “booked” with. Definitely pay before you get there so avoid the hateful and unhelpful staff."

"We booked a king suite and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was just a plain, very small room. This is false advertising at best. Do not get scammed by this hotel. The only positive was the front desk clerk. She was extremely kind and efficient. Her kindness is the only reason we didn’t make an issue of the room. She was just too nice to complain at. Avoid this hotel. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Also, after check in we had a staff member unlock our room and just walk on in. Very unprofessional!"
