The staff was so good. The room was a bit stinky but we used self bought room freshner and it was all good. The bathrooms were neat and clean with a very efficient gyeser. Rooms were good and Spacious with electric cattle and fridge of good size.

Not very clean. Very smelly. The water smells like sulfur. Everything near this hotel smalls bad. The elevator smells like urine. A westerner couldn’t tolerate this place. I pay for three days stayed one night and left

It was one of the worse experience in Madina. I wish i could change the hotel. Even i still feeling to claim refund. I would highly say not to booking room via Expedia . Be careful guys .

The rooms could be cleaner. The hotel amenities could be provided in a better man (left in the room before you arrived.) An actual reception area would make the hotel better. The staff were very friendly. Very helpful. As of January the taxi cost to masjid nabawi is 10sr. Taxi to the train station was 20 sr. When returning from masjid nabawi the taxi costs 15sr

It was clean with newly refurbished toilets. The staff was helpful and it was easy to communicate. The location is a bit off because of the construction going on. It takes 35 minutes by walking and you can also take local cars from main road in 10 riyal which will drop you at Haram. Its not even 1 star hotel but its ok as you will be spending much time at haram. Many local restaurants which offer better Yemeni food than those next to haram.
