had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Madinah. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well organized, providing a relaxing place to rest. The staff were respectful, kind, and always willing to help. The location was very convenient, especially for visiting the Haram, which made our stay easier and more meaningful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

The staff was so good. The room was a bit stinky but we used self bought room freshner and it was all good. The bathrooms were neat and clean with a very efficient gyeser. Rooms were good and Spacious with electric cattle and fridge of good size.

It was clean with newly refurbished toilets. The staff was helpful and it was easy to communicate. The location is a bit off because of the construction going on. It takes 35 minutes by walking and you can also take local cars from main road in 10 riyal which will drop you at Haram. Its not even 1 star hotel but its ok as you will be spending much time at haram. Many local restaurants which offer better Yemeni food than those next to haram.

It was one of the worse experience in Madina. I wish i could change the hotel. Even i still feeling to claim refund. I would highly say not to booking room via Expedia . Be careful guys .

The rooms could be cleaner. The hotel amenities could be provided in a better man (left in the room before you arrived.) An actual reception area would make the hotel better. The staff were very friendly. Very helpful. As of January the taxi cost to masjid nabawi is 10sr. Taxi to the train station was 20 sr. When returning from masjid nabawi the taxi costs 15sr

Very good place for solo travellers with low budget. You walk 3 minutes from the property to main road and you will get Haram bus for 3 riyals (by card only). You raise hand and Bus driver will stop for you at safe place. Bus ride to haram is 5 minutes. Due to very cheap price there is no towel, handwash or shower gel/shampoo. Make you buy that before reaching the property. Toiletries are very cheap in supermarkets over there. Very good air conditioning system and mini fridge freezer in place… As a solo travellerI would not mind staying there again.
