「Excellent hotel with lovely staff, location and design. My favourite!」

「Good」

「The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable. In the hot weather of Madinah, the A/C is very nice It is not really on the haram, but it is close enough」

「The king size bed was not comfortable」

「Very nice, clean rooms, good amenities, only thing that held it back was the lifts would be very busy」

「Great location and a wonderfully helpful team. The welcome was amazing, while they handled our paperwork and room assignments, they offered us tea, juices, and snacks. Such a thoughtful touch, we loved it!」

「Basic and outdated hotel. Bath tub need replacing. Guests using vape in front of non smoking room. Tiles need more cleaning . Plugs very old and broken.」

「Room is very updated and bathroom is very modern and clean」

「I like every where Cleaning- Restuarant -Reception are excellant」

「My experience in Medinah has never been so great. Staying at this beautiful hotel, the room, the staff and the closeness to Haram is priceless. Although I find the food a bit pricey. We only eat breakfast and lunch once and they charge #689 Riyal for my family of 3 kids and 2 adults. Over all i will recommend the hotel for anyone looking to have a great stay in Medinah.」

「Sehr tolles Team Hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent. Kann ich nur empfehlen.」
