Nice place to stay though a bit far from the Haram but transport connectivity and Uber service are excellent. Nearby restaurants are just about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. Groceries shops are within 3 minutes walking distance. Be prepared to eat out as the kitchen is not really equipped for self service. The staff are absolutely nice, polite and very helpful 24/7. Very quick response time to any enquiry. Highly recommended place to stay for a peace of mind.

This is in a very quiet neighborhood and has all essentials there. Such as small grocery store and laundry for wash and dry cleaning. Very friendly staff.

First of all, I would like to thank the staffs for their attention. Hotel was brand new so because of that everything was new (the furniture, smart TV, beds ect.). Rooms were large and cozy, it is realy designed for big and small families. Since I was alone, I chose Deluxe. But if I come with my family, I would prefer Luxury. Beside the hotels specialitys I would realy like to thank all the cleaning staff for their attention and for their efforts.

The apartment was clean and spacious. But it does not come with sufficient kitchen ware, nor the toilet paper or towels. The reason why I rated this property only 2 is because it is far from the Haram as being told in their advertisement. You need to take taxi Everytime which they are not readily available. You need to walk a distance before you can spot a taxi.

If you are planning on visiting Madinah, do not book this place. Firstly, trying to locate this apartment is near enough impossible. It is in the middle of nowhere, with access to pretty much nothing. It is not worth booking if you do not have a car yourself. You have to walk at least 10 minutes to get any form of transportation (i.e. taxi) to go somewhere. When I first arrived at the property, I was waiting around for 5/10 minutes as nobody was present at check in time. After waiting, the property manager/owner turned up to give us a key. He asked for my telephone number so that I could contact him if I required anything. I never received a message from them as they claimed that they had lost my number - I saw him save it on his phone myself. I messaged them on Expedia, where I had originally booked the apartment, yet no response was received after 4 hours of sending my message. The shower head in the main bathroom does not work. The bidet does not work properly. The toilet does not flush. There are no amenities at the property - nor did the property manager/owner have the courtesy to provide me with any when I initially messaged them on Expedia, where I was ignored. I was told that they do not check their Expedia inbox, where they advertise their apartment. The communication itself was the biggest downfall for this place and the fact that they have stated that this apartment is a 5 minutes drive from the Prophet's mosque. No. It is a 17/25 minute drive.
