「The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins. 「Mijn verblijf was goed, het hotel was heel luxe en op een prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van de Haram. Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de stad geboekt, maar dat was helaas niet zo. Daarnaast moest ik 100 riyal extra betalen om eerder naar de kamer te kunnen gaan, omdat wij eerder dan de inchecktijd arriveerde. 」
