「My stay at Millennium Al Aqeeq Hotel in Madinah was overall excellent. The location is perfect, very close to Masjid An Nabawi, and the staff were extremely cooperative, respectful, and quick to respond, especially the front desk and guest relations team who assisted me through WhatsApp. I experienced an issue with the WC in my room, and although maintenance came twice at times when the washroom was busy, the staff handled the situation politely and professionally.
