「We had a perfect stay. Everything was great! Starting from the greetings for my birthday with chocolates and a bottle of sparkling wine, ending with dinners and amazing ocean view that is there from the terrace. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. 「Due to glitch in the reservation system, the hotel was overbook. We were transported by hotel's shuttle to their other property Hotel Quinta Mirabella. Beautiful hotel with excellent views. Every was perfect there.Little bit further from the centre of Funchal, but the hotel provided the shuttle few times per day. There was also bus stop around the corner - very convenient .」
