「This place is terrible. Not enough staff, unhelpful staff (no offer to help with luggage etc.), check in process was slow, room was unclean and it’s run down. Just a weird vibe and I’d never stay here again. 」

「Breakfast was good. Service was good. Rooms were clean- lack of suitable furniture in the common room (take over-abundance of furniture from the lobby and use it in older style rooms). Ocean view from room was good - even though there is no balcony off the room (which was larger than normal, I think)」

「A beautiful hotel and gardens with lovely staff. Thoroughly recommend. Sorry I can't recall his name but the new chap on the reception desk was particularly helpful. 」

「Very unhelpful and unpleasant front desk staff throughout our stay. Room was poorly equipped, safe was broken, sliding balcony doors did not close properly, no fridge or basic room amenities. Overall very disappointing stay. Only positives were the cleaning staff and the breakfast buffet staff (both of which could provide some training to the front desk and evening restaurant staff on customer service).」
