「Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself.」

「10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.」

「양변기는 고장이 나있었고 휴지는 부족했으며 수건은 아예 없었습니다. 먼지와 머리카락이 있는 배게와 이불은 몸시 불결하였습니다. 이불도 얇은 담요수준으로 별로였습니다.」

「セミダブル２台のはずが、セミダブルい1台とシングル1台でした。シャワーが使えず、蛇口からのお湯で対応。ゴキブリ、部屋にあるモップから納豆臭。周りの環境やスタッフの対応の良さを考えるととても残念です。近隣にホテルもあるので同額程度なら２度とコンドミニアムは利用しません。」

Suitable for family but not Solo Travellers

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "

客房老舊隔音差

"我們被安排在116號房，是1棟很老舊的房子，不清楚隔壁是不是也是飯店，夜晚派對播放音樂到深夜12點，無法入睡。隔音很差，隔壁房的開門關門聲音很大。樓梯像是有青苔一樣，陽台面對當地老舊房子，與訂房時看到的照片不同，擺了兩張陽台椅，完全就是擺設不會有人想要坐在椅子上，房間牆壁破損也不整修。"
