The staff was great. The aircon leaked and so did the CR bidet - fixed quickly, but two things going south on one stay within a couple days of each other? Admittedly a rather long stay (17 days). "Early settlement" of the bill was an utter failure. We were not told that our room would be three floors up from the pool and that the New Year's band would be front and center of our night - no sleep until about 2:00am when we paid for a restful stay for every night. The hallways were very dusty (when was the last time they cleaned there?) and both of us sneezed very frequently while there. Floor access (security) is very good, though what stops a guest on another floor riding up with another guest getting off on another floor from going to that "forbidden" floor? Breakfast buffet was mostly wonderful (though the eggs were always cold) with a good selection and the wait staff was excellent. If not for the lack of asking if we wanted the loud music (it actually made the bed mattress buzz - they should have asked if we wanted that or to be on the other side of the hotel) with green laser light that tried to blind us New Year's Eve and the lack of response to the checkout they offered and did not follow through (I received a human response five hours after we checked out with an apology for the very late response), the hotel is okay... though I would say it is rather over-priced for what we experienced. Walking distance to Ayala Mall is a plus, but in hindsight not worth it.

Good customer service

If you want to get away from it all , this is the place, this little island . No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. Bring books and relax and sleep off your stress , on this island you are condemned to do nothing but enjoy the hospitality.

Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. Waking up, opening up the French doors and listening to the waves. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day! It’s not a restaurant and definitely not a bar. So forget about that. Breakfast was great but beyond that we walked 2 minutes down the beach and found some great ocean side places with all sorts of choices. Pool needs a good cleaning as it’s a bit murky. This place is about absolute peace. It’s our new getaway location when we need to get out of Cebu city. Oh, and my wife’s fav was the big bathtub. Bring some bath salts and enjoy! Or 15 min away are the natural hot springs. Loved it all!
