The staff was professional and invested in pleasing the guest. It would be nice if the owners were invested in the property. I was unable to shower for three days due to brown substance flowing from all facets and shower. Also there were so many small inexpensive repairs needed that would improve the property easily. Great location.

Room was nice for the amount charged. Get the breakfast included option. I dealt with staff at: front desk, wait staff in the restaurant, bell, and housekeeping. Everyone went out of their way to take care of me. I come to Cebu regularly, and I will be back to stay at Waterfront.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order.

The buffet is really delicious and offers a variety of local cuisine options or basic things. I enjoyed the dinner buffet and had almost a little of everything. The rooms are comfortable and I slept well. It was hard to get to the place with my luggage as I didn't know there was a shuttle. I took the shuttle to airport the next morning and they were very nice and helpful.
