「Breakfast time is too short」

「Unfriendly check-in staff. It was brought to my attention upon check-in that I owed extra money because we brought our two dogs. I made a comment that I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and the staff members stated it’s because I booked through a third-party like Expedia.. The room was adequate but nothing special. We were kept awake all night with the room above us banging on the floor all night and from outside with very noisy patrons coming and going all hours of the night. Our toilet was...

「Staff was very nice , the building is undergoing renovations and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms. The only bad thing was the a c unit made a terrible squeaky noise that made it hard to go to sleep . We knew changing rooms was not an option as the night auditor said there were no rooms left. I would stay here again if i had to but it may not be my top choice . 」
