Great stop over.
I found the unit very clean with plenty of facilities for my stay. Would highly recommend this Motor Inn for your stay in Mackay.

The staff were very friendly to deal with at all times. We were running behind on our road trip and they were very accommodating and understanding, arranging a later check-in for us. We really appreciated this.

Dated room but clean and decent size with small couch. Room also had toaster, kettle and microwave along with a couple of dishes and plates with cutlery. A good size fridge and big comfy bed and smart tv with netflix. Great shower head providing a decent amount of water too! 24hr IGA supermarket around corner along with 2 service stations next door, chemist and multiple food options including tavern with restaurant, pizza hut, noodles and cafe within 5 minute walk. Friendly staff and i dont believe you will get better value for your money and i think this will be my new go to stay when in town.

It was fine, everything worked well. The traffic noise didn’t intrude. It was simple accommodation, nothing flash, but it did the job well. I’d be happy to stay there again,

Staff member was excellent and was available for my check-in after the late flight into town. She couldn't have done more. The motel is very clean and tidy, but dated and a bit tired. You get what you pay for and this motel was more than adequate for my purposes. For an overnight stay on your way through - thoroughly recommend.

Was not able to be supplied a key to the front door of the room, hence could not leave the room to go out for dinner etc. Reception had unpleasant smell of cigarette on arrival.

We were happy with the Motel and the facilities except for the fact there were three adults but only 2 cups for hot beverages. By the time we realised, the office was closed and we left before it opened in the morning.

A great clean motel good service The beds were comfortable. Great hot shower and although there were not enough towels in the room they quickly brought over some more. A very slight over sight.

Arrived at hotel to be told that it was fully booked and all guest were already there. I explained that I had booked the room through wotif. Was told that they had told wotif and booking .com to stop listing their hotel and there were no rooms and there was nothing they could do and to look else where.
