I’ve stayed here many times over the past 8+ years and have always appreciated the location and the consistently friendly, helpful reception team. However, the last two stays have been disappointing. The rooms feel very aged, which would be fine if they were properly cleaned. Unfortunately, our most recent room had lumpy, worn-out bed, stained furniture with crumbs and dirt, and the bed itself had hairs and other debris on it. The kitchen in the one-bedroom unit was also poorly stocked, with only one fork and one drinking glass. While the view remains a highlight and the air-conditioning filters were clean, the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms make me question whether they are being adequately serviced between guests. At this point, I’m not sure I would return unless improvements are made.

Check in was quick and easy, great off street parking. Unit was clean and serviceable, good elevator accessibility. Great views and access to big walking path. Bed was a bit hard, but nice pillows, doona and towels. Kitchen worked well, overall, good accommodation.

Apartment was fine, heavily used though and some things were wornout or broken ( no knob on the ceiling fan switch, one window wouldn't close properly). But the staff were very friendly and the area was very quiet.

Room was great few stains on carpet and bed. The thing that made it awful was that the room stank of cigarettes and alcohol coming from the other room. it was so bad it burnt my nostrils and I had a horrible sleep. I was very busy while I was in town so didn’t have a chance to talk to staff for a new room or for a refund so I could go somewhere else. It’s like the air is connected somehow cause the bathroom was the worst in the morning and the alcove you walk in first that joined two apartments. Lounge worse at night. I emailed them and let them know but I had to go to my meeting and had to leave town for a 4hour drive home the same day. I never heard back from them.

Condition of the property/rooms is not as good as photos show. Outside noise from cleaners and other guests - definitely not soundproof rooms. Toilet ran all day/night making water hammer noise. Cutlery and plates needed washing. Parking was good with adjacent vacant lot.

-clean and quiet -reasonably priced -not located near shops (short drive to CBD) -very poor communication -broken lockbox so very stressful after hours check-in trying to find the person I'd called an hour previously giving them our eta but who left the phone downstairs so we couldn't reach them for several minutes (reception unmanned after 5pm) -room without a view (only windows were at top of wall so dont book if you're claustrophobic) - and no, we didnt know this from the photos online.

The apartment was nice enough, very basic. Some maintenance is needed though. Entrance door to the apartment sticks and needs to be fixed, so does the balcony screen door - we couldn’t get it to slide across . The air conditioning units are broken so you can’t change the air flow. The pool area looks pretty bad with the plastic plants, the only live healthy plants are the weeds. Trying to get into the car park is hard when the reader at the gate leans away from the car… We found it was much cheaper to book through Wotif than what was quoted from Property Vine direct, and you don’t get much for the amount you pay. The location is the best thing about the place.
