「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. 「We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food」
