"Love staying at the Sudamala resort . Accessible to the port for excursions. Very relaxing atmosphere with the gardens and quiet environment . Our room was very nice and clean and has all the amenities . All the staff were very helpful and friendly I highly recommend this property ,we had a very enjoyable stay"

"Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. "We booked two rooms for 1 night as we have an excursion the next day. We booked mainly because the reviews were good and they had airport transportation to give us the ease of getting to the hotel. However, even after confirming time and flight information and us giving them notification when we landed and they confirmed someone’s waiting for us at the airport no one came. We tried messaging through Expedia and did not get a response. Good thing we had the hotel number and was able to reach them...
