"In fairness before I booked i knew it was 23 miles away from the center but didnt think it was that far...because of the winding roads ir takes about 30 to 35 mins each way to the center of town and the hotel doesnt have a shuttle service. Taxi driver from the airport became my driver the entire time there so it worked out! Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ( Bajo Banana) had some amazing sunsets and good food. "We were a group of seven and waited around 30 minutes for the airport pickup, followed by another 30 minutes to check in. There were only two staff members handling check-in. The staff were lovely and efficient, but the hotel definitely seemed understaffed given the number of incoming guests. Management may need to look at this. The view is nice, although it can be quite noisy with boats. The telephone in the room was never answered, so if we needed anything, we had to go downstairs. As mentioned in other reviews, there were no hand towels, and the floor towels were not changed during our stay. We stayed here mainly for the convenience of the port, as I was diving every day. For that purpose, it was fine. However, next time I would probably stay a little further away, as Grab bikes are very easy and affordable. Many of the better restaurants are also away from the main street. Overall, the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, but the hotel could definitely improve its staffing and housekeeping."

"The place is so beautiful and a very chilled atmosphere. They have a lot going on like bands and djs that play. Rooms are lovely , clean and big, a lot of storage space for belongings with big beds and privacy curtains. Food and drink is so nice there too. They offer day trips and are always there to help ."

"The place was really small, I didn't mind it but just know it's basically the bed and a small desk area. The fragrance in the towels and bed sheets made me sick, really strong but then again I don't use scented laundry detergents at home. The free drink was horrible, really sugary wish I could have substituted it went to waste. I like that the bed was comfortable which is important to me when I'm traveling. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I chose a room with a window it would have been really claustrophobic feeling if I didn't."
