「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

「This Hotel has gone downhill. I have stayed here many times. First off, the Kids pool was broken (the sprayer) the fire pit was broken, the pool was filthy, the patio around the pool is all crumbling and hurts your feet to walk on, the rooms were not as clean as they could be and one elevator was down. I wrote to this hotel while there twice in an info email, went to the desk twice looking for the manager and got the run around and then forwarded those emails to the manager and never heard back....

It gave hotel address but failed to mention you must check in half a mile away at another Attitash Lodge. We found the lack of information annoying and simply unprofessional. Come on Expedia......do better.」
