「If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

The refrigerator was very useful and it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing while everyone else slept in. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and play ball in the back area. They even had a grill all for our cabin. The family is so nice. Our cabin was clean and freshly painted. I learned they have cottages as well with tables. Our family cant wait to return. Cleanest pool I have ever seen in all my travels.」
