「There was a hiccup during check in due to the hotel not receiving the message about our dog staying with us. The hotel think this is due to Expedia not passing on the message. Anyway, the hotel quickly dealt with the problem and we had a lovely time. The food was excellent.」

「My stay at the Shakespeare was short but will be remembered as a really good experience. I felt like a truly valued customer, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bed was huge!! It was 2 lovely nights sleep, nice hot shower in the morning followed by a cooked breakfast. It really set me up for the day. I would most certainly revisit and can recommend it for a good place to stay in Kendal.」

「The room was immaculate, clean and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was tip top! We shall DEFINITELY stay again! The only drawback is that it’s too far to walk to town but there are plenty of taxis approx £6.. Unfortunately their restaurant wasn’t open as it was a week day but their recommendation of Bangkok 7 Thai restaurant was spot on and a “Must go” place to eat- it was superb!」

「房间宽敞，设施完善，装修比较新，酒店位置也很方便，位于两个镇之间，步行10分钟左右就可以到。我们住了两晚，很舒服。早餐也很丰盛、美味。下次有机会来湖区还会住这里。另外，临走前Trevor还花时间帮我们打印了boarding pass。Thanks！」

「Fabulous suite, fabulous customer service. We even got shown around the other suites when we booked out so we could see what other suites are available. We will most definitely be back. We’ve stayed in other high end boutiques in the area, but this is by far the best. 」
