Warm welcome and amazing, helpful staff team. Lovely clean rooms and great water pressure. Buffet style cooked breakfast was only thing that was not 100% ... one day it was all pretty dried under the lights, although the next stay it was much busier and breakfast was fresher as turnaround of stock was faster. We ate one night in the restaurant and the food was good but a little pricy, although expected for a hotel restaurant. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hotel is excellent and has great facilities. Very friendly and helpful staff in a lovely environment. The restaurant is very nice and the kitchen produces an excellent breakfast. The gym facilities are very impressive for a hotel and also good staff working there too. Looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and tidy. Our room had AC which we definitely appreciated. The overall building though does need a face lift. Breakfast is good, but could do with additional options as we found there was not lots of choice. The pool area is probably the most disappointing and needs major facelift as this is very tired.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The garden view room was very spacious and had a wonderful view of the garden and surrounding countryside. The only negative thing was that I stayed on one of the hottest days this year and there was no aircon in the room I was staying in and although they provided a fan this wasn’t enough to cool the room down at all.

Hands down, my favourite hotel that I've stayed at. The staff are the best, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the breakfasts are superb, the bar has a nice cosy and relaxed vibe and it's a good location if you're planning to hike around the Lakes. I've stayed here 7 times in the last 12 months and i keep going back. I never want to go anywhere else.
