「The villas was very clean, spacious and modern. We were there March 12-16 so very early in the season. The pools were closed which I didn’t know until getting there as it was shown when I booked that heated pools were all year round. There was apparently a sandstorm from Africa for a week prior to us coming which then closed the pools. 「Close to the beach & the airport Karteros Hotel is in a great location. It is also 20 mins by bus from the port. WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom. Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more. The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly. A lovely one night stay. 」

「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「Excellent clean modern accomodation. I had a suite with a kitchenette which was well equipped and ideal for breakfasts /snacks. Comfy bed and also plenty of storage room. Clean modern bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water. Large private balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning units in suite are also heaters in the cooler months. Enea suites are centrally located in Heraklion with plenty of resturants, cafes and bars on the doorstep. (Expect noise at night-time.) All shops and...
