"Came for a last minute girls trip, and was so pleasantly surprised by both our room (family suite) and the property. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor hot tub in the snow and spent the rest of our time going to some of our favorite spots in Estes. Will most definitely be returning:) "

"I flew into town for knee surgery and was on crutches in bad weather. The manager kindly allowed me to park in front so I didn’t have to cross the road, which I really appreciated. When I was checking out, I cut my finger and asked for a Band-Aid. Seeing that I was on crutches, the front desk lady took the time to put it on for me. It was thoughtful, unexpected, and genuinely kind. Every time I’ve stayed here, the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. I am not sure I would stay anywhere else. "
