「I requested, and was promised, a dozen roses for my wife when we got there. Nothing. Emailed them and they said the florist was unable to get there. No communication. TV remote inoperative. We fixed. Fireplace inoperative. They came and fixed. Windows very dirty. 」

「This cabin was very cleaned, had everything you needed, kitchen was very well equipped, living room was spacious and very comfortable. My husband and me walked many times to King Beach , which offers a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. We had a wonderful vacations. . 」

「Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.」

「Nice place, modern decor. Place was mostly clean, and the host was responsive to one minor cleanliness issue, by sending a housekeeper over within an hour. Hot tub worked and was perfect after a day of skiing. Kitchen well-stocked with just about all you could need to prepare meals. My bed was comfortable (downstairs bedroom), others said there's wasn't quite as comfortable. Location is perfect.」

「Unfortunately, I will not be leaving a 5 star review for this booking. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and...
