「Perfect in every way」

「Overall, this is just an ok place to stay to lay your head. Stayed late May for a family member's wedding. I had read the reviews about the hot water and the reply that they were making improvements to the boiler, so we chanced that the improvements were complete. The first shower was essentially unbearable with the water temperature. Second day shower seemed a little warmer and by the third day, it was good. 「The location is super convenient and safe. Great bar restaurant downstairs. The A/C was poor and an old window unit. There were insects flying around in the room due to the A/C ancient window unit and was very dirty. The lamp and ceiling light are very old dirty and not in the greatest shape. The place could use some updating and more efficient cleaning. Unfortunately in the AM around 9:00 There were cleaning people dropping F bombs. Luckily I was awake.」
