The hotel was clean, pretty convenient and quiet. There was some confusion about check out that resulted in our room keys deactivating in the middle of the night. This came to our attention when my husband ventured out in search of breakfast and couldn’t get back to the room. The staff sorted it out, but it was a hassle.
Condition of the hotel was good though the handheld shower sprayer was broken.

Room was large, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
Staff were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent.
All in all, our stay at the Oatlands Park Hotel was a pleasurable experience and I have no hesitation in recommending the property and its staff.

Staff was lovely and was sent a complimentary bottle of champagne. Very close to Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park and museums. Felt very safe and would stay there again :)

A must staff,when in Bath
"We love staying at the Doubletree, a bit expensive but phew we have Tesco vouchers. Rooms are comfy, staff are friendly. Food is reasonable prices, alcohol not so, but it is Bath. They did struggle with the breakfast, a bit short of staff. There were no tomato's, no Alpen or the nuts. The bacon was ..."
