「The staffs were nice and helpful. Hotel provided some light foods, fruit , drinks for guests for free. Breakfast was good.
There was a restaurant down hill, guest can have 20% off in dinner time.

「This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Very good location where inside the Bern old town, shops and supermarkets are just next to it, also close to the train station, dont miss the rooftop view!!
Bad thing is the shower water is not hot enough even turned to the highest temperature, and there are some bars/pubs nearby, quite noisy on the weekend's midnight "
