My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Savoy hotel for a week and enjoyed every moment of our visit. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding staff—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. We extend our special thanks to Charles, Valentina, and Katrin for their kindness and warmth, as well as to the breakfast ladies—unfortunately, we did not catch their names. The perfect hotel to stay in when in Bern. Great location walkable to everything and hotel was very modern and updated inside. Wonderful rain shower and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was spotless and modern, blackout blinds, AC, amazing bedding and different firmness pillows, coffee and water. Rainfall shower. Really can't fault the room. Breakfast has everything you could want and was all fresh. Location was in the centre of everything and 5 mins from train station. Would definitely recommend
