"I learned on the day of my arrival that my suite was not available due to construction/flooding. No one contacted me to notify me that I would have no accommodations upon my late arrival. Thankfully, a Hilton reservation agent found something at a different property. I had to pay double because they didn’t have the 2 bedroom suite, but it was a place to sleep for the nights we needed."

"Staff made this a very terrible experience. Niece was attacked and beat-up by her MOM, then kicked out the house. I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further.
I am also requesting a full-refund. I also would like to share visual evidence & a cell phone video of that fight incident. "
