「Beautiful facility; having to pay for internet and parking was a bit irritating. Rooms just a bit dirty (no cleaning behind chairs, crumbs on sofa chair)」

「This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. 「The room was clean and I like that there were a lot of places to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just wish the breakfast had more varieties to choose from. 」

I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. 「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The staff were extremely polite. The room itself could have been a little cleaner, and the shower stall is very small. Overall it’s probably a good place for the price.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
