"Breakfast was a bonus, staff were kind and helpful, but we had issues with some things in our room. Refrigerator was loud throughout the night, the bed pillows were completely flat, a small light was on throughout the night we had to try and cover up. However the area was nice, and the fitness center was also an added perk which has acceptable equipment."

"No closet door in my room. The breakfast was poorly cooked. The bagels were so stale they could not be cut with a knife to be out in the toaster. The pancake was not prepared properly. It was so thick it could not be poured into a cup to be poured into the griddle. The coffee lids were the wrong size for the cups. The breakfast could not be eaten. Most of the Front desk needs training except for the man named Jon who was excellent and courteous and had a sincere, professional yet friendly personality. He was the only employee is was excellent. 4 other employees need to improve at best they were a 4 out of 10. Jon was a 10 out of 10"
