「Hotel was old and very underwhelming. Staff was personal, yet hard to understand. The room was functional and everything was in working order. Just very basic overall. Basically just serve the purpose of a room to sleep in.」

「Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do.」

「Positives: Spacious rooms and nice staff. On the other hand, the room wasn’t very clean. The fridge was dirty inside, the remote control was greasy and had food marks. There was wet toilet paper on the side of the toilet and the bathroom walls and the bed was hard. We stayed one night for a soccer tournament and unfortunately I don’t think I would have been able to sleep there another night.」

「So let me start by saying we've stayed at this hotel in the past , this year the up keep and cleanliness was horrible, the bathroom was disgusting dirty had prints around the light switches and most disgusting was a dry booger on the walk (nasty people) the room smelled stale , to top it off we got stuck in the elevator with 4 other people and is was HOT and the emergency phone to call the front was a cheap Walmart phone that didn't work!! , I was forced to call my friend who was waiting...

「The place is a dump. The ceiling has caved in near the elevator, which feels like it might break at any moment. The a/c in the room was loud. The light switch at the entrance of the room didn't turn anything on. The halls smelled strongly of pot.」

「The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.」

「Unfortunately I can not leave a good review for this hotel.. although the staff were excellent, the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The hallways smelled horrible and were not clean. Our room was disgusting the floors and bathroom… I had to ask the staff for a broom and mop and after having to wash the mop like 10 times I was able to use it. Once I started cleaning the hotel room floor I had to change the water like 3 times because it was that dirty... Breakfast was not that great and...
