"Staff was excellent. Front desk was welcoming and when we asked where to buy a plug converter they loaned us a couple for three days. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the staff was always around filling things up, tidying etc. Room was clean with a nice balcony and a view of the river, bridges, mountains. "
