A beautiful and very spacious apartment, with excellent location! This was a fabulous place to stay and perfect for our requirements! Even better than expected!
Accessing the apartment was very easy as was checkout. Excellently furnished with absolutely everything that you could need. Great to know about it - as we would very happily stay there again.

I loved this quaint little place the moment I opened the front door. Steps up to the first level, a delightful hallway with a beautiful stone wall. The scent was intoxicating.
The room, called ‘the veranda’ was so sweet, the moment I opened the door I loved it. Quaint, cozy, very tastefully decorated. I could stay here forever.
Grazia the hostess was delightful.
Welcoming as to her own family.

The hostess Garcia was amazing, her hospitality method was unique. She was very kind, understanding and very very considerate. We were travelling with two small children and it was great to notice how genuinely enthusiastic she was. And very flexible and kind. The property is in the best part of Lucca with a small kitchenette and a grocer in the street. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, everyone had just about enough space. We are definitely coming back!

Adequate but dingy.
Check in procedure a pain. Must check in at another location and no English speaking person on the phone to direct you to this other location. This procedure is outlined in the small print of the website and we missed that little detail. The location is great. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was not really usable.

La Tosca Rooms ideal base for our trip to Lucca
The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The airconditioning was very welcome after walking around in the very hot weather. It was also quieter than we expected at night which was good when wishing to recover from a full day and evening of exploring. Close to lots of very good restaurants too.
We had not been given details about how to gain access so did spend some time ringing the bell before we found out you had to telephone to gain access. They came very quickly and could not have been more welcoming.
Also worth knowing you have to walk up a few steep stone stairs to get to rooms but very worth it!
Self catered so hotel service rating not really applicable.
We had a great time and would definitely book the accommodation next time we visit Lucca.
