「The premises were wonderful for our small family gathering. Rooms are large. Premises are well maintained. Nice staff keeps things clean and fresh. Short walk to beach. Nice pool and patio furniture. Covered cabana a big plus, when it rains, and plenty of sheafs when sunny.」

「Our stay exceeded all expectations. The room was large & comfy. The entire property immaculate. But, it was the staff from valet, front desk, restaurant, bar & poolside that made our family feel like VIPs. The service was unparalleled. 「I love the Brazilian Court. It's in a neighbood and very walkable to Worth Avenue, shopping and restaurants. It has a stylish and chill vibe. The staff are so nice, accommodating, and on the ball! I'll never stay anywhere else in Palm Beach. 」

「Overall it’s an amazing property and a great location. Didn’t like that we had to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Also didn’t have enough pool chairs or staff not monitoring who was simply saving chairs and not actively using them. 」

「Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question. "I had no Idea the slide was not working," in an annoyed way, "I will find out" and the next thing I know she hang up the phone on me. No costumer service at all. 」
