「They were overbooked we did not get the suite we paid for. So ok they were going to discount the room. No biggie get up stairs settled in for the storm with our meal on the bed since no couch. Still ok. Then turn on the TV had volume but no picture, ok maybe there is a trick will call down. Phone didn't work. We went down and staff was very pleasant but no room to move us. No back up tv, no phone. They did make good with rate but we came to be close to work during a hurricane and was in the room...
「The a/c was loud and rattling, it kept me up til late . The automatic curtains were very difficult to operate and ran sideways.
The shower ran onto the floor . I had to roll up towels to make a makeshift dam to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, all was good. The staff was extremely helpful! THEY WERE EXCELLENT!」
「I liked the room, it had the coffee maker, and a fridge, it also had a microwave very convenient all. It was clean, though our room had a smell like humidity, my husband said it could of been the ac. The breakfast was great, they had more options than other hotels that we've gone to.」
「excellent location, right on the beach, great staff, excellent pizza. The beach was beautiful water was a little rough when we got there but still beautiful」
