Hostess check in Staff was rude unless you were wearing an airline uniform. Waitstaff was rude at breakfast. Door dash isn’t allowed to deliver to the rooms but half the time the elevators didn’t work . Parking was almost impossible to find.

The place is very nice. It appears that it has its glory times in the past. However, the property appears outdated, and in need of some renovation. The front entrance to the the hotel seems hidden. The hotel should reaynget the town to fix the huge pothole in the road just before the entrance.
