Room was clean, staff pleasant and parking was easy. However we were told there was a la carte breakfast every morning (not included in our rate). We planned to have this, and were even shown a menu on check in. However we were very disappointed to find that there was no breakfast the next morning, or the next.

Staff was great! Very welcoming & willing to help. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell.

I've stayed at this property a few years ago and it's really gone downhill. It's in a good location close to restaurants and stores but other than that it has lost its appeal. The hallway leading up to the room smelled musty and like onions or food the entire 4 day stay. The room smelled like dirty water or sewage or something and there were hairs in the shower and on the bed sheets. There were dead bugs by the toilet. There was a half used toilet paper roll and about 4 tissues left in the tissue box. The refrigerator and microwave were a plus but the refrigerator was kept in an unventilated cabinet that was hot to the touch and a few shelves in it were broken. The carpet didn't seem very clean and the ice bucket was covered in dust. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. The restaurant in the hotel wasn't open. The bathrooms in the lobby had flies in the toilet and bugs in the corner. I'll definitely be booking elsewhere.
