Hilton Boston/Woburn
Hostess check in Staff was rude unless you were wearing an airline uniform. Waitstaff was rude at breakfast. Door dash isn’t allowed to deliver to the rooms but half the time the elevators didn’t work . Parking was almost impossible to find.

Kids loved the pool, staff was very nice and it is not to far from Boston. Room was clean and beds were so comfortable.

Best Western Plus Waltham Boston
It’s many times I stay in that hotel and always have great welcome. Easy check in , downstairs amazing restaurant with good food. Definitely back again
