「The staff was great. Both times I’ve stayed here though I’ve noticed the doors are very difficult to close. My door this time could be open without even using the room key when I first checked in. You have to use some muscle to get it to latch. 」

「Upon arrival; the room that i booked was not available. I was given an upgrade. It was a 2 queen bed suite along w/ free dinner for that evening. and free breakfast for two for 3 day stay. Staff was very friendly, and answered any of our questions. 」

「This was mine and my friends 2nd at Americas Best! We are very happy with this hotel. It is convenient to the fair grounds in Ashland where we go to Rock the Country. Every was very clean, parking was easy and front desk is very friendly! This is not no 5 star hotel but it is very nice and they always let us check in early (for a fee) and air conditioner works great, beds are very comfy and there is a nice shower with plenty of hot water.
