"Everything was perfect aside from the breakfast. On this occasion, the kitchen did not appear equipped to serve Eggs Benedict. In the past, the restaurant has offered pebble sized circular portions of butter, gluten-free muffins, lashings of hollandaise sauce with the ham and the poached eggs. The poached eggs did not ooze yolk as they were hard, they didn’t appear to be placed upon muffins either.There were small glass jars of mayonnaise with an absence of HP sauce and ketchup. Breakfast was disappointing this time but overall, a good stay."

"Rooms are very very dated and ours smelt nasty! No net curtains all way round bay window and over looked a roundabout. No rubber on shower screen so water went all over the bathroom. Definitely not 4 star!
Breakfast was good & meet and greet member of staff very jolly.
Pool looked good too but didn’t use. "

"On gaining entry to our room, went into the bathroom to find the bin still full of rubbish from the previous guests. This made us wonder how good a clean the room got. Didn’t listen when i gave my concern on how good a clean the room had or hadn’t got. Just apologised about the bin and got it emptied.
The underground car park is only adequate for small cars, with a very tight turn on the ramp and very little room to manoeuvre to get back out, plus, reception direct you to the carpark by going the wrong way down a one way street, although only about 20m long."
