"We loved staying at this Bed and Breafast! The amenities like wine and dine, along with the home cooked breakfast were wonderful! It had easy parking out front and was only three blocks away from The Grand. Would definitely stay there again!!!!"

"This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The entire building smelled strongly of mold, and the room looked like it had serious water damage that was poorly covered up with paint. The walls had obvious stains from leaks, and there was a hole in the corner that looked like it could have been caused by rodents. It felt dirty and neglected the moment we walked in. The pool was green and clearly not being maintained, which says a lot about the overall cleanliness of the property. I understand this is a budget hotel, but basic hygiene and maintenance are the bare minimum. This place feels run down, poorly managed, and not cared for at all. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else."

"It was ok though the room door didn't close properly. If it wasn't so quiet I wouldn't have felt safe. Also there were so many bugs at the door on the morning. "

"The hotel page says there is "self-parking available". That would imply maybe there is an option of valet parking? Unless you go to the details page about parking you won't find out until arrival there there is no on site parking. There is limited on street parking due to limitations for local resident parking. The only real option is to use the parking garage, which is a block away from the hotel. And this costs $15 per day in addition to the room charge. So what they don't tell you directly is you will essentially have to pay the extra $15 per day for your car unless you are lucky enough to find an open spot and don't mind the risk of parking on the street in a tourist area. If you want wifi, you either use their non-secured access or you have to sign up for membership with IHG to get access to secure wifi. And the process was not straight forward. After finishing the water bottles that were in the room at check-in the staff member who came to clean the room told us you only get one unless you belong to some club??? The room was very nice, the breakfast was good. If you are willing to pay the extra for parking and are a member so you get the secure wifi, this is a nice hotel."
