"First room offered was unusable as under renovation full of building materials and rubble. Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. Having prepaid we want a full refund. "

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. "A beautiful boutique hotel lovingly decorated and furnished with antiques in keeping with the building. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful and kind and also very welcoming to our dog. The room was spacious and had a lovely bathroom with huge towels. Breakfast was great with local produce. We only had one night as driving through Spain but would've loved to stay longer and will definitely return."

"An excellent stay. The hotel is a little out of Toledo, which I thought was an advantage. No noise, peace and quiet - perfect. Breakfast was very good, excellent quality. The swimming pool was very pleasant. My room was spacious, clean with a first class terrace. I liked the fresh lemon water in reception - especially as it was very hot. Hotel staff were genuinely cheerful. If I ever return to Toledo this hotel would be my first choice. The only negative. Nothing to do with the hotel. Public transport into Toledo was extremely limited. So a car is essential."
