The Spa was closed for maintenance (no info on home page), the roof in reception was leaking (rain) and the Internet was best at the toilet (4th floor, probably too far away from the server). But, friendly staff :)

Good but should be better.

Underground parking was easy. Pleasant flat walk into the centre of town. Very nice, clean and spacious room. We would stay again as it was good value but it could easily be so much better. The cafeteria area is horrible and there is no bar as such so nowhere nice to sit in the evening. The dining and breakfast area is soulless and not well lit. The breakfast buffet reminded me of a terrible,old fashioned self service restaurant. It had some decent foods on offer but lacked the staff to maintain it so items were often missing. One very slow coffee machine caused queues. The receptionist however was delightful and very helpful.

Hotel with the Best beds

Great hotel and booked the water spa cycle which was very good and relaxing. Best beds we have slept on during the last two and half months in Europe!

Restaurant really good, swimming pool too cold

The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies.

Sin animo de ofender, creo que se podría mejorar la oferta de la cafetería, muy justa en productos. Se agradece que el parquing fuese gratis, de verdad que tiene mucho valor, solo faltaría mejorar su iluminación que aunque es automatica hay momentos que no te detecta y te deja desorientado.

Buen hotel y muy económico

Me ha parecido un Hotel muy bueno para ese precio. Todo limpio, personal amable, parking gratuito y desayuno más que aceptable. Para mejorar pondría puntos de recarga para vehículos eléctricos en el parking, y acceso a Internet en el TV de la habitación para ver Netflix. El spa también me ha encantado.
