「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner 」

Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply...

「I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated.
