「Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Very well presented and stocked. Beautifully clean. Good location. Park at back a bit noisy at night but I had seen that on reviews and had taken earplugs so it was not a problem for me would definitely go again .」

「Had a wonderful holiday, club pocilllos is so central to Puerto del Carmen, with the beach across the road, bus stops 2 min walk, beautiful views and very modern kitchen facilities. Wonderful staff always willing to help with any queries. I will definitely be returning. 」

「Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

「Otroligt trevlig personal och mycket bra frukost. Perfekt att man får beställa sin varma tallrik, tex engelsk frukost i miniatyr, omelett eller annat. Då får man den gjord ala minute från köket. Detta ingår i frukostbuffén. Bra läge med kort promenad till de livliga gatorna men lugnt just där i kvarteren. Poolen såg lockande ut men jag hade skadat tån och fick inte simma. 」
