「Although the hotel is in the city, it is still having some distance with major destinations. Nevertheless, it is still fine to stay there with that affordable price. 」

「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. I hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of the windows to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests. Thank you.」

「We arrived at 11PM and there's no parking lot available for us. We had to drop off the luggage in the room and parked the car out of the inn along the street. 」

「No room ready for us, delayed check in for 3 hours w/o notice. No extra sleepers provided after requested. Nice landscape and decoration, nice ocean front view and beach. People and Service is warm nice but not efficient. Very beautiful new hotel. Will visit if win . Toilet paper too thin . No place to put cellphone in toilet room. No outlets for water hot pot . 」

「I had a pleasant stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. The room was spotless, and the location was fantastic. We had a minor hiccup with late check-in, as the staff had left by 9pm, but they were helpful over the phone, making it easy. Incase of late check in make sure you call them up and clarify the checkin process. The only improvement would be the food services, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it!」

「Staff was very courteous (CJ and Ben). I had some iPhone issues and had to get some assistance with fixing it. Ben helped with how to work the flatscreen remote in my room (not intuitive) but Ben was very patient with getting it working. I will be back and will definitely like to schedule Room 151. My pup really liked being able to run outside to the enclosed patio too. Aside from the iPhone and the remote, I would definitely recommend this hotel.」
