"Honestly, this was a cheap experience from a cheap hotel. For starters, I wanted to change my check out date to an earlier time, they wanted to charge me $150. The manager said she had to see me my new reservation in order to waive the fee. Who tries to charge someone for leaving early? Secondly, valet was included in my room. Doesn’t matter that it was booked through a third party, it’s what was listed. I informed the front desk before checking out yesterday. I still was charged this morning for valet.
Then the male valet attendant on Saturday morning left my vehicle open and unattended while he walked away after I called for it through the portal. I literally walked up and opened my brand new car like it was nothing. No accountability from anyone but, he’s the only person. Ok, that’s understandable, but lock my doors.
The room was basic. Nothing to be excited about. I came down stairs Saturday morning and asked for housekeeping for Saturday. I was told by whoever was working the desk at the time “you should have said something yesterday so we could have added you to the list.” Mind you, I literally checked in yesterday and was not told that by the person I checked in with. All they did was give towels, didn’t clean up anything, and remade the bed with the same dirty covers. I know because I accidentally touched it with my finger after putting on makeup.
Only good thing is they are across from the park where they have a food vendor display every Saturday."
